FAQ

Intlectify AI Value Navigator: frequently asked questions

What is Intlectify AI Value Navigator?

Intlectify AI Value Navigator is a web application from Curiosbot that turns AI use cases into business cases. It compares up-front investment, net cash benefit, cash ROI, capacity released and a priority score across a whole AI portfolio, so leaders can decide which use cases to fund.

Who is Intlectify built for?

CFOs and finance partners, AI and transformation leads, and business-case owners who need to compare AI use cases on a consistent, evidence-based footing.

How does Intlectify estimate the value of an AI use case?

Each assessment models cash benefit, up-front and run costs, effort and risk under conservative, base and optimistic scenarios. The built-in library of 484 sourced GenAI use cases uses modelled estimates from a public-case financial model. They are not audited results, and every assumption can be edited.

Does Intlectify treat time saved as headcount cuts?

No. It reports realized cash benefit separately from capacity released, so redeployed time is shown as capacity rather than counted as cash savings.

Can I try Intlectify before signing up?

Yes. A read-only demo workspace is available at intlectify.com, and you can create a free account to build and compare your own assessments.

Who builds Intlectify?

Intlectify is built by Curiosbot Digital, S.L., a senior-led enterprise AI, PLM and Salesforce consultancy based in Zaragoza, Spain.
